What helps us respond most effectively

A few details let us tell you quickly whether this is something we can help with:

• The California county where the trust, estate or conservatorship proceeding is or would be filed (if you know);
• Your role — beneficiary, heir, trustee, conservator, agent under a power of attorney, family member, interested person, or attorney making a referral;
• The names of the people and entities involved, so we can check for conflicts;
• And, most importantly, a short description of what you think has gone wrong … and what you’re looking to accomplish.

As appropriate, after we respond you’ll also be able to share relevant documents with us via email or secure upload.
